Steven W. Moglowsky is a shareholder and the President of Bass & Moglowsky, S.C. He primarily represents banks and other lending institutions in mortgage and land contract foreclosure actions. Mr. Moglowsky has been a frequent speaker concerning foreclosure practice and other creditors’ rights topics to Wisconsin attorneys for continuing legal education, and he continues to be an annual guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School on the topic of resolving title problems in Wisconsin. Mr. Moglowsky is a co-author of numerous foreclosure, replevin and Wisconsin Consumer Act related seminar materials including The Nuts and Bolts of Collections and Creditor’s Rights, State Bar of Wisconsin, CLE (2001), Effective Mortgage Foreclosure Techniques, National Business Institute (2002), and Advanced Foreclosure Topics, Lorman Education Services (2006). Mr. Moglowsky received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985 and his J.D. from George Washington University in 1989.
Penny G. Gentges is a shareholder with the Milwaukee law firm of Bass & Moglowsky, S.C. She concentrates her practice on consumer bankruptcy and Wisconsin Consumer Act litigation. Mrs. Gentges received her B.S., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York in 1985 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University in 1988.
Jennifer J. Collins (formerly Hoffman) is a shareholder with the firm and focuses her practice on mortgage foreclosure actions and other real estate based litigation. Ms. Collins is a 1998 graduate of Marquette University and a 2001 graduate of Marquette University Law School where she was active in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Her work has been presented at the Congress of the International Academy of Law and Mental Health in Montreal, Canada (2001) and Sienna, Italy (2000).
